The space The property was built in 2006; this is a two-story home with an additional level that includes a walkout basement to a beautiful red brick patio that leads you down to the 50 feet of water frontage! The home has two separate master bedrooms with en-suites; one is located upstairs with a king bed and the other is a queen bed on the main floor adjacent to the kitchen. There is an additional bedroom upstairs with a twin over full bed and pullout trundle. The basement bedroom has a queen bed and private bathroom. There is also a built-in bar and sitting counter in the basement living area. The main floor has a fireplace in the living room and a sun porch with a full sitting & dining area to enjoy beautiful views of the lake. Upstairs also includes a library with several rocking chairs, desk and sitting area for reading & relaxing. The property covers around a 1/4 acre with full views of the lake and surrounding Green Mountains! Guest access Guests can access all of the living areas and outdoor space except for a private closet located in the upstairs master bathroom.
