Smoking is not allowed in the room or on the balcony. May be an additional cleaning fee of 17600 JPY when there are traces of smoking in any of those areas. -Please refrain from noise at night time and early in the morning within the facility. -When going outside, make sure to close windows, turn off the air conditioning and room lighting. - Please pay attention to using cooking ware ,heater, or other fire hazardous equipment. -We may be charged additional for the costs required to repair, replace or dispose of any damage and losses of furnishings and fixtures or if you leave suitcases in this place. -Futon cases and sheets may differ from those in the photo due to cleaning. *Please contact us immediately if the cleaning has been delayed.* It is possibly delayed 1-3 hours depending on conditions of the day.
