This cozy residence comfortably accommodates up to 4 guests, and is the perfect place to relax and spend time with your friends and family. The space This spacious 2 bedroom Guest Suite accommodates up to 4 guests and features open living areas, a fully equipped kitchen, and is on a 1/3 of an acre lot, inviting you to enjoy both indoor and outdoor spaces. Our guests can enjoy the luxurious comforts of a cozy vacation retreat as well as the ease and convenience of home. The Guest Suite is located in the lower unit of a beautiful 1970’s home, and has been thoughtfully decorated to create a pleasant and inviting environment for you and your guests. The entrance point also opens directly into the backyard, giving you instant access to the gardens and spectacular sunset views. Bedrooms: - Bedroom 1; Queen bed, closet - Bedroom 2; 2 Twin size beds, or can be configured to 1 King size bed - Optional pack and play crib and high chair can be provided by request. Living Areas: - Main living area; flat screen tv, board games, 2 wing back chairs, 3 seater sofa, two side chairs, fireplace Kitchen: - Stocked with dishes and tableware, as well as cooking equipment/utensils - Basic cooking ingredients provided (salt, pepper, oil, spices) - Stocked coffee/tea tray + kettle and Keurig - Complimentary assortment of snacks - Fridge, oven and microwave (dish soap and dish linens provided) - Seating for 4 - Optional high chair can be provided upon request. Bathrooms: -Bathroom 1; double shower, sink -Bathroom 2; half bath, sink -Toiletries that are provided; towels, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soap, lotion, toilet paper Backyard: - Covered patio with setee, two chairs and a coffee table - Yard loungers - Please note that yard furniture may be packed away for winter months Laundry Room: - Washer and dryer - Laundry detergent and softener are provided - Iron and ironing board - Portable space heater - Cleaning supplies Pet friendly: - Up to 2 pets may be allowed to accompany you during your stay. - Must be house trained and well behaved. - Any waste left in the yard must be removed before check out. - Please speak with your host before booking to ensure that your pets can be accommodated :) Additional amenities: - Free wifi - Netflix - Bedding and towels provided - Extra blankets and pillows in closets - Air conditioning/ heating - Portable heater - 2 parking spaces as well as free street parking - Private entrance - Carbon monoxide and smoke detectors - No contact check in and checkout. These items will not be automatically available during your stay and may require additional set up before check in. Note: As per recent updates to Cambridge regulations regarding short term rentals, hosts must now reside on the property in which they are renting out. In this case, the host occupies the upper unit of the house. This is a completely separate unit from the Guest Suite, and there here is no access point between units from within the house. Each unit has its own separate exterior entrance point, and you will have complete privacy within the Guest House during your stay. Guest access Guests will have private access to the entire lower level Guest Suite. This dwelling unit has it’s own separate outdoor entrance and is not accessible from inside the building. You will have complete privacy inside the Guest Suite during your stay. The entrance to the Guest Suite is at the rear of the home. A code will be provided for the key box shortly before your arrival, which allows you a flexible time frame for check in. The 2 parking spaces on the left hand side of the driveway will be available to you during your stay. Please do not park on the right side or at the end of the driveway. If additional parking is needed, there is road parking available. Thank you for your understanding and please let us know if you have any questions!
