Your options are endless here, so stay your nights with us. See you soon! The space Welcome to our spacious fully remodeled Baltimore townhouse! Your private bedroom has a neat and clean semi private bathroom. The QUEEN sized orthopedic mattress and soft sheets will ensure a good night's rest. It's perfect for long stays and work trips as it is super functional with designated work areas, a fully stocked kitchen and full-size washer and dryer. The house comes equipped with **Central AC and heat** controlled by a central thermostat. The commute to Baltimore's Inner Harbor is super convenient! House is located right off Broadway, which is a 3 minute walk to the Johns Hopkins train station. **PARKING** There is a designated parking space (space #5) that comes with the house. Please be sure to park only in this space and it’s first come first serve with the other housemates (although they may not have a car). Otherwise street parking is free. **LOCATION** This 3 bedroom townhouse is literally across from the hospital. There is a lot of foot traffic during the day and occasional street noise at night. There are 24hr security posts at each end of the block as well as surveillance cameras at the intersection which makes this AirBnB the safest in all of Baltimore. Guest access Washer / Dryer is included in your stay! You also have access to the kitchen, bathrooms, dining room, and living room to lounge at will. Other things to note Everything in the house, from floor to ceilings, is brand new :). Please enjoy, but keep it the way it is. You will have a house to yourself with the other roommates, however we are not too far away if you need anything. It is a two-story townhouse on a quiet street. Neighbors are super nice, but we are asking you to try not making any loud noise after 10 PM. The house layout is very functional. There is a little hallway, where you can hang your coats and jackets. Kitchen, dining and living rooms are one open space. There is half-bathroom on the first level. Laundry room is on the first floor as well. The house comes equipped with **Central AC and heat** controlled by a central thermostat. You will also have a small fenced back-yard, which is always a plus in the city! The private bedroom has a full size bed and a clean bathroom shared by one other. Kitchen is stocked with cooking pots and dining ware. Please keep house tidy and clear of dirt, debris at all times and take common area trash out regularly to the street. The bins are outside next to the parking area. ID, passport, license or birth certificate is required to register prior to check in. No guests at any time inside the listing.
