This two-bedroom apartment in the center of Madrid comes with warm, designer furniture, perfect for monthly rentals. Its fresh modern look means you´ll be comfortable for long or short stays. The space On one side is the kitchen area which has excellent cooking appliances; including an oven, dishwasher, and washer/dryer. Plus, there is a balcony with an outdoor sofa, great for sharing good weather with friends and family. The master bedroom comes with a Queen-size bed and a pristine en suite bathroom. Inside the second bedroom is equipped with a single bed and gets great views of the street. There is also a second bathroom that has another walk-in shower and rack-mounted radiators for drying clothes. The excellent decoration in such a prime neighborhood makes this apartment an inviting option for those visiting the city. Location This flat is located on a narrow street that leads right into the local square. Here you´re close to the action while still retaining tranquility. Just a few meters away you have El Rastro - a historic market that takes place every Sunday, and which has been going since the middle ages. El Rastro is the perfect place to pick up a souvenir to commemorate your stay in Madrid. After that, a few minutes north of the apartment is Plaza Mayor; the main square of the city and a must-visit destination. Also nearby you have the Reina Sofía National Art Museum which holds a large collection of works from Dali and Picasso. For food, we recommend the Ástor Gastro-Place for great cocktails, fine dining, and a great ambiance. Otherwise, you could check out DCorazon for traditional tapas in this cozy underground restaurant. Finally for transport as you are in the center you have innumerable bus and taxi options available. The closest metro station is Lavapiés. Additionally, you also have Embajadores, La Latina, and Puerta de Toledo metro stations to take you around the city and further afield. Guest access There is a laundry service with a washing machine and dryer on the ground floor.
