Villa Mariana Ronda by Ruralidays
Description
Holiday villa on the outskirts of Ronda, province of Malaga, Andalucia. The space The ideal location of this holiday villa allows a family of eight to enjoy a trip to Ronda and refresh in the pool within a few-hour span. The 7 km that separate this house from the city centre of Ronda convert the villa in the perfect holiday destination. Besides, all the comforts that you will be enjoying during your stay make it the ideal home far from home, even in winter, thanks to the central heating and wall mounted radiators in every room. The two-storey building is characterised by a quaint tower, spacious rooms and a rustic decoration that perfectly mixes with the modern-day comforts of this house. On the ground floor, a vast, light-filled dining-living room allows the whole family to gather and enjoy their free time chatting in front of the fireplace or watching a movie on the wall mounted, 42” flat TV. Both the TV and the fireplace are located on a rustic stone wall, the real focus of the room. The living area is also provided with warm/cool air-con. From the living area, you can access the enormous independent kitchen, whose design delicately mixes rustic elements with the most modern electric appliances, such as the beautiful kitchen island and the ceiling-mounted extractor hood in the middle of the room. On the ground floor, you will also find two bedrooms. One relies on a double bed and a wardrobe, whereas the other features two twin beds and a TV. A bathroom with a whirlpool shower is also available on this floor. A splendid bedroom entirely occupies the wooden, sloping-ceiling first floor. From the master bedroom, provided with a double bed and a gorgeous en-suite with a whirlpool bathtub and a whirlpool shower, a smaller bedroom is accessible, where two twin beds are located. This increases the capacity to a maximum of eight people. The master bedroom, which also features a sofa and a fireplace, is completed by a spacious private terrace overlooking the countryside. The outdoor spaces, which are accessible from the full windows of the living area on the ground floor, are surrounded by olive trees and provide several spots where the family members can enjoy the warm sunshine of inland Andalucia. A huge pergola welcomes an area for “al fresco” dining and a BBQ, whereas a grassed area features sun loungers and parasols. However, the cherry on the pie is the lovely private pool made of Gresite tiles and natural stone, which even has night lights and a purifying system. The access to the villa is possible via a 100-mt unpaved lane from the road A-397 that connects Ronda and Marbella.
