This 5 bedroom/4.5 bath home sleeps 17+ and is the ultimate vacation home. Features a large open floor plan, main floor laundry, fire pit, large decks, 2 private balconies, and 3 master bedrooms (each with attached private bathrooms). Loaded with amenities for your convenience including gear if you're traveling with kids. Located right on a canal & steps away from the beach and National Seashore. In this home you're surrounded by white sandy beaches and water making it a relaxing retreat. The space This home has many features. It's a great home for multiple families given the 3 master bedrooms and large common areas. We have many amenities including flat screen TVs in each bedroom (and living room), satellite TV, wifi, fans in each bedroom, main floor laundry, main floor powder room, & a keyless entry on the front door so you don't have to worry about house keys. When you walk in the front door you are greeted by the large common area as well as several windows letting in tons of sunlight and some great views. Our gorgeous white kitchen is fully stocked and includes an island to provide additional seating. We have a large kitchen table (seating for 10) and this opens into a spacious living room. The large back deck is off the living room and is a great place to hang out in the evenings while you listen to the waves. Our back yard is fenced and full of white sand. The kids will love playing back there! We are directly on the canal leading out to the Santa Rosa Sound (bay). We have kayaks you can drop in and take out to the bay. You can also fish or throw in some crab nets from our private dock. We are a very short walk to the Gulf and a public beach. You can walk there in less than 5 minutes or there is parking if you prefer to drive (takes less than a minute). Feel free to use our beach cart to haul your beach gear if you want to walk. If you're traveling with kids we've thought of everything to make your travel easier. Being parents ourselves we know-how much gear they require! We have a pack n play (bring your own crib sheets), high chair, baby gate for the stairs, infant bath tub,& even kid silverware/plates/bowls/cups. The home has 2 bath tubs (one on each level) to make bath time easier. Not traveling with kids? No worries, none of these items will be in your way. Guest access When you rent with us you will have the whole property to yourself. Enjoy! Other things to note *The exact number of kayaks available continuously change. Due to guests treating kayaks harshly, we are often having to get rid of them. We replace as we can, but they are expensive. Thank you for understanding and please treat our kayaks nicely so we can continue offering this fun amenity! *Summer bookings require a 7 night stay (Must be Saturday- Saturday). *We have a strict no smoking policy. *We have a strict no pet policy.
