This room is a refuge for relaxation and inner serenity, from the soothing tones of the walls to the comfortable furnishings and natural light streaming through. The arrangement and furnishings of the room have been carefully chosen to create a pleasant and serene setting in which you can relax and recharge in complete comfort. Other things to note Breakfast is not included. Check-In/Check-Out: Guests must check in at the designated front desk area upon arrival. Check in time 2 PM . Check-out time is 11am. Late check-outs may be subject to availability with additional charges. Restaurant: We have an in house restaurant the serves Filipino comfort food, pasta, sandwich and waffles. We also serve coffee, shakes, refreshers and cocktails. It's open every weekday from 7am-10pm and for weekend from 7am-12midnight. Restaurant operating hours may change without prior notice. Bringing or cooking food is allowed but with corkage of 1,000 pesos per day. No common kitchen, no kitchen utensils . You are allowed to bring portable butane gas. We can provide a griller. (strictly 1,000 pesos per balai regardless if its a group booking) Please note that you are allowed to bring a rice cooker. Electric stoves or electric pots are not permitted. Eating inside the Balai is prohibited. Be informed that tables and chairs have been arranged outside Balai for your convenience and use. Beer corkage, 500 per 12 cans or 12 bottle. Hard liquor, 500 per bottle. Maximum Occupancy: Each room or accommodation has a maximum occupancy limit. Please ensure that the number of guests does not exceed the specified limit. Quiet Hours: To ensure a peaceful environment for all guests, quiet hours are observed from 10pm-6am for weekdays and 12 midnight -6am for weekends. Please keep noise levels to a minimum during this Pool Safety: Guests should adhere to safety guidelines and any specific rules regarding pool and beach usage, such as no diving, appropriate swimwear, and respectful behavior towards other guests. Parents or guardians are responsible for supervising children at all times. Pool hours is 7am-10pm for weekdays and 7am-12 midnight for weekends. Guests are kindly reminded that towels are intended for use within the resort premises only and are not allowed to be taken outside the property. Smoking Policy: Smoking is strictly prohibited in all indoor areas, including guest rooms, common areas, and dining spaces. Designated smoking areas will be provided. Cleanliness and Damages: Guests are expected to keep their accommodations and public areas clean and tidy. Any damages caused by guests will be the responsibility of the person making the reservation. Slippers are not allowed inside the villas. Pet Policy: To maintain the comfort and safety of all our guests, we charge a fee of 688 pesos per pet per night (maximum 2 pets per balai). This fee helps cover the additional cleaning and service required to accommodate your pet. Please note, guests are required to bring their own sleeping bed, and diapers for their pets’ use. PETS ARE NOT ALLOWED TO USE THE SWIMMING POOL. Penalties; 2000 for pet pee inside the balai; 1000 for using resort towel on pets; 4000 any balai damages done by pets; 5000 pet using the swimming pool. Personal Belongings: The resort is not responsible for any loss or theft of guests' personal belongings. Guests' Visitors: Non-registered guests are not allowed in guest rooms without prior authorization. Visitors must register at the front desk and comply with all resort policies. Respect for Others: Guests are expected to treat fellow guests, staff members, and resort property with respect and courtesy. Any behavior that is disruptive, offensive, or harmful to others will not be tolerated. Compliance with Laws: Guests must comply with all local, state, and federal laws. Any illegal activities, including the possession or use of illegal substances, will be reported to the authorities. Please be informed that we do not have a parking but El Zamba Villas have a designated pay parking that is 2-3 minutes away from the resort near the beach with guard on duty.
