Guest access Guests have access to the entire home and its listed amenities, other than a few locked storage closets and sheds onsite. Other things to note OCCUPANCY: Please make sure to mark the correct number of guests (including pets); no additional guests, temporary visitors, or events of any type are permitted. Any guests found in violation of the permitted maximum guest count will be subject to immediate cancellation without refund & subject to fines. PARKING: In accordance with local ordinances, a maximum of 3 cars are permitted to park in the driveway. Parking more cars, or parking in the yard or street is prohibited. PHOTO/VIDEO: No professional filming or photography is permitted. NOISE: Please keep noise levels at a respectable volume at all times, and refrain from using amplified media outdoors. Voices, music, or noise of any kind should not be audible beyond the property line. QUIET HOURS: Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 7 AM, including inside the home, as sound travels easily in the area. SMOKING/VAPING: Smoking or vaping of any substance is not permitted inside the home. You may smoke outside as long as any ash, butts, or other debris are disposed of properly. PETS: Well-trained pets are allowed. No pets are permitted on furniture (especially couches/beds). Any excessive shedding or messes/waste must be cleaned up. Pets may not be left unsupervised unless crated. If crating your pet, please ensure that they don’t bark. The pet fee does not cover additional cleaning or damages caused by pets. Pets must be leashed at all times when outside of fenced-in areas. EXTRAS: Snow shovels, toys, and sleds are for all guests to use and enjoy; please feel free use them but return them in good condition. AC: There is no AC, but there is central heating. We get a few warm weeks in summer and have fans available to move air, but AC is not common in Big Bear. POOL: Pool is heated year round, not fenced, and approximately 4' deep in the shallow and 6-7' deep in the deep end. YARD MAINTENANCE: Landscaping and pool services come for a few minutes weekly (or as needed, based on availability) to maintain the beautiful exterior, and are instructed not to otherwise disturb guests.
