Cozy Gem Near Madeira Beach With Private Patio

This cozy studio unit with its own screened-in large private patio is the perfect getaway for up to 2 people looking to enjoy the beautiful beaches of this area. Located in a quiet neighborhood on a private cal-de-sac, it is the perfect place to rest and recharge between trips to the most beautiful beaches in the world. This location is just a quick 5-minute drive (2 miles) to the Madeira Beach access and a 10-minute drive (3.7 miles) to the famous John's Pass Village and Boardwalk. The space This studio unit sleeps 2 comfortably on a Queen-sized bed. Make yourself at home in our kitchenette which includes a fridge/freezer, microwave, toaster, portable cooktop with 2 burners, and a Keurig coffee machine (there is no oven). There is also a large gas grill on the private screened-in patio for you to use anytime. Kitchen basics along with grilling supplies included. We also provide beach chairs, an umbrella, a small cooler, and beach towels to bring on your trip to the beach. This studio unit is located in a large house with 2 other units inside of it (both are also my Airbnb listings). Each unit in the house is private and each has its own entrance with a specific door code. They are all completely separated and they are not accessible to each other within the house. You will have access to your own walkway and private entrance along with your own large private screened-in patio. The backyard area is shared with all 3 units. There is a gas grill, plenty of seating, a large outdoor table with chairs, a giant Connect Four game, Cornhole, a Giant Jenga game, a Tetris Tumble game, and a mini golf putting green. It is a quiet, peaceful area with new landscaping and large, old Oak trees beyond the fence. It is a great place to enjoy a cup of coffee in the morning or relax with a glass of wine at the end of a long beach day. We do have string lights on the fence so you can relax in the evening. We offer free laundry to our guests and the laundry room is located in the back of the house. It is shared between the 3 units. We provide laundry detergent, fabric softener, and fabric softener sheets. We provide WIFI and parking for 1 vehicle. We also offer a courtesy EV charger for both Tesla and non-Tesla vehicles. There is also a small binder in the unit which includes local restaurant recommendations, things to do, and some information about the area. And I am always available to provide any information as we pride ourselves on being private owners and not run by a management company. We want your getaway to be stress-free! There are no checkout chores required — simply gather your belongings and have a safe trip home! **Thank you for checking out our little piece of paradise and we hope to host you soon!** Guest access You have access to your private screened-in patio which leads into the unit (there are 2 steps to get into the unit). Your door has an electronic lock and we will send you the door code and check-in information the day before check-in so you can enter at your own convenience. ***Check-in time is 3pm and check-out time is 11am sharp, especially during peak season. We need enough time to do a deep clean of the apartment between guests because your safety, health, and satisfaction are very important to us! We may be a little more lenient during "off-season"; just message me and I can see if we can offer some flexibility. Thank you for your understanding! And please note two VERY IMPORTANT house rules: 1. There is NO SMOKING of any kind (including marijuana and vaping) inside the house. 2. NO PETS of any kind are permitted. ***A fee will be charged for violations of these rules to cover additional cleaning and/or damages.
