Private self contained first floor flat near beach

The accommodation is the entire first floor of a detached house in a quiet area with a beach nearby. Guests have parking on the driveway and access via a private door. This leads to stairs to the first floor, this will be solely for guests. This area consists of 1 double bedroom, a bathroom and a third smaller room to prepare and heat food, dine and watch TV. This first floor will be totally private to visiting guests during their stay. The space Private entrance and 3 rooms on first floor- totally private to guests during their stay. No shared areas with homeowner who resides on ground floor with their own separate entrance. Guest access You will have your own bedroom, bathroom with large shower toilet ( no bath ) , dining area with fridge, microwave, kettle and toaster. You are welcome to use garden with prior agreement. Dogs on lead in garden unless very well behaved. Other things to note Your living space will be totally private to you. I will be on the ground floor which is separate to your areas.
