Relax in our cozy 1-bedroom apartment in the heart of Goa! Just few minutes drive from Baga Beach and Anjuna Beach, with the best pubs, restaurants, night market, and nightlife close by. Located on the second floor of a secure complex, it’s the perfect base to enjoy all that North Goa has to offer. A mere 8-minute drive from the famous Baga Beach, 12-mins to Anjuna Beach where you can swim, or enjoy thrilling water sports. 2. Surrounded by the most popular restaurants, serving everything from local Goan delicacies to international cuisine. 3. Few minutes drive away from the hippest pubs and bars, offering a taste of Goa's legendary nightlife. 4. Power backup for wifi internet and smart TV 9. Water purifier 10. Kettle for boiling water 11. Microwave oven Our apartment is on the second floor of the complex and there is no lift or elevator. Other than the number of people mentioned while booking, extra guests are not allowed. Swimming pool timings are from 8 am to 6 pm. Your visitors are not allowed to use the swimming pool. We do not provide breakfast, however, we do have a functional kitchen with gas cylinder and stove top with basic utensils for cooking. You can get cooking ingredients from the grocery store close by or order via Swiggy and Blinkit for preparing breakfast and other meals if required. There are multiple restaurant options close by to either order in food or dine out. Guest access Guests will have access to the entire 1BHK. The apartment is on the Second Floor of a gated complex with common swimming pool. The swimming pool timings are 8 am to 6 pm. Other things to note We provide alternate day housekeeping services for stays longer than 3 nights where the staff will come in to sweep and mop the house. If you need cleaning services on a daily basis we can provide you with the contact details of the cleaning staff. As per Government guidelines, it is mandatory for ALL guests to submit a copy of ID proof/address proof that includes Aadhar card or passport for all Indian guests staying at our property. Kindly email these documents when requested before check-in. All foreign nationals are requested to submit a copy of their passport, visa, travel tickets to and from Goa. The person making the booking must be a part of the group that checks in. No subletting please. Upon arrival at the property, all guests are to make an entry of names and addresses, checkin and checkout dates, contact numbers. This is as per the Complex Residents’ Association rules. All your visitors will also have to make the same entry. For checkin and checkout extensions beyond 3 hours, extra charges will be applicable.
