Explore the nearby trails and hike to beautiful views, and enjoy all the Vermont wildlife right in your back yard. Easy access to VAST and VASA trails. A short drive to highway 89 and 91 & local amenities. This place will make you feel at home! The space Very spacious suite and endless outside space for relaxing. Entire top floor to yourself, *the rest of the home is private*. Downstairs is occupied full time. Last driveway on a dead end road, completely secluded from the hustle and bustle from the city life. There are other rentals lower down on the property amongst our quaint and private campground, so you may see other guests in passing if you are outside. Guests have access to a hot tub on site. Other things to note The space is separate from the downstairs, but the stairwell going upstairs is not blocked off completely (as shown in photos). Owner has access to basement through the door in entryway, and house cleaners may need access to the basement during times of cleaning our other rentals (washer/dryer/supplies are in the basement). Front entrance and porch area has a seasonal screen to act as a barrier to keep things separated for guest access. Please respect the space and privacy of others and stay to the front entrance area on the porch. Downstairs is occupied full time. Dogs, chickens and a cat live on the property. Our dogs are friendly but not allowed in rentals :) Wintertime: must drive a vehicle that is equipped for winter driving in VT.
