Welcoming home in a small town

Small, one level home. (Stairs to get inside), that has one large bedroom and one small. House has fully functional kitchen, is near to a children’s indoor playground & local boutique, coffee shop and bakery, and has off street parking. Main bedroom and living room both have tv where you can login to any of your favorite streaming apps. Host lives locally, and works in the building attached to the house so is always available! Check in time anytime after 1pm. If you need earlier please message The space Kept very simple and lowkey for any tenant. Spacious. Other things to note Dogs are allowed at a fee. PLEASE mark that you are bringing your pet upon booking. Failure to book your dog will be a 100$ fine. NO SMOKING. There will be a 500$ cleaning fee if smoking inside.
