Spacious and comfortable, our lake cabin offers the perfect setting for families, couples, honeymooners, and groups of friends looking to relax, reconnect, or enjoy the great outdoors. Set along a small, quiet lake, this peaceful retreat sits on 5 acres and features a large, flat yard that stretches from the cabin to the water’s edge. Fire pit down by the beach, and free use of kayaks, and stand-up boards The space Our Eagle Lake Cabin has a beautiful open-concept kitchen, dining, and living room. • The KITCHEN has full-size appliances - dishwasher, microwave, gas stove, and refrigerator with ice and water dispenser. Plenty of dishes, silverware, kitchen utensils, a variety of pots & pans, electric hand mixer, baking dishes, mixing bowls, casserole dishes, glasses, coffee cups, wine glasses, colander/strainer, measuring cups/spoons, beverage pitchers, cutting boards, dish soap, dishwasher detergent, coffee maker, coffee filters, Drip coffee maker plus a Keurig machine, toaster, Crockpots, electric skillet, and oven mitts. Also provided: hand soap, Kleenexes, trash bags, ceiling fans and/or floor fans, toilet paper, dishcloths, dish towels, a dish scrub pad, and a spray bottle of disinfectant. • The DINING ROOM has a beautiful harvest table with chairs and benches for gathering. A walk-out patio door to the deck. • The LIVING ROOM has a large sectional sofa, smart TV, and a walk-out patio door to another deck facing the lake. • SUNROOM overlooking the lake - your favorite morning spot to enjoy the lake with your cup of coffee! • BEDROOM #1 with lake view, has 2 xl beds (can be pushed together to make a king bed) • BEDROOM#2 has 2 xl beds (can be pushed together to make a king bed) • BEDROOM #3 has 2 xl beds (can be pushed together to make a king bed) and includes a private bathroom with tub/shower. • BATHROOM #1 is a full bathroom with a walk-in shower and a jacuzzi tub. • BATHROOM #2 is a full bathroom with a tub/shower. All bath towels, hand towels, and washcloths are provided. • UTILITY ROOM with top-load washing machine and dryer. Laundry soap provided. • Attached garage has a 2nd refrigerator and storage space for all your things. *Bring your own beach towels The house has central heating and air conditioning, 2 separate decks overlooking the lake with lounge chairs, table and chairs, a charcoal grill (bring your own charcoal), high-speed fiber optic internet for Wi-Fi, and a smart TV for your digital fix!! EV VEHICLES: Due to continued abuse from guests charging their EV vehicles to our house electric without paying for that usage, we will no longer accept EV vehicles. Guest access Guests have access to park their vehicle in the attached garage Other things to note Early check-ins and late check-outs MUST be preapproved!! If you arrive before the scheduled check-in, you will be charged an additional $50/hour. You will also be charged $50/hour if you check out after the scheduled check-out time. Guests shall agree to the following rental policies. Guest will provide an email to the property owner, and a link will be emailed to the guest to complete the agreement of policies. ~Guests agree to all policies, whether written or expressed verbally. ~Guests shall be responsible for any item(s) damaged, whether accidental, intentional, or the result of negligence. Guests are responsible for any item(s) removed from the premises. Guests hereby agree to pay Loon Point Resort the replacement value of such items, the amount of which will be determined by Loon Point Resort. ~Guests will promptly report all damages, thefts, losses, or injuries occurring during the term of the Guest's stay. ~No smoking or vaping in the house. ~Campfires must NEVER be left unattended. ~Do NOT drive or park on the grass. ~An outdoor fishing cleaning table is provided. Cleaning fish in the cabin is strictly prohibited. ~Loon Point Resort cannot control the mechanical performance of electronic equipment or appliances. If there is a mechanical failure, the Guest will promptly report any maintenance problems. DO NOT try to correct the problem yourself. No refunds or discounts will be given in these instances. ~Guests shall keep the cabin and equipment rented in good, clean condition. We expect the cabins and rented equipment to be left in the same clean manner as it was when you arrived. ~Internet access is provided as a courtesy for Guests. Each guest agrees that he/she will not access or download any illegal content, pornography, or nudity, and is solely responsible for any content accessed and downloaded. Internet service is provided for general use only. ~Guests shall comply with all Federal, State, and Local laws and ordinances regarding the use of the premises, and shall not engage in any illegal activity on the premises, including, but not limited to, drug-related activities, lewd behavior, discharge of firearms, etc. ~The following are NOT allowed on the property: Firearms, fireworks, drones, or tents. ~Max occupancy is 6 guests. You agree not to have more than 6 people on the property. ~Our property is located on a quiet lake. Guests agree to be respectful and mindful of other people on the lake. Loud music and disrespectfulness to other people on the lake will not be tolerated. Any complaints about your behavior or actions from neighbors on the lake will result in the immediate removal of your group from the property. PET POLICY - If you are bringing a pet, you must agree to the following ~Guests agree to keep their pet(s) under control at all times so that they do not disturb other guests or neighbors. ~Pet waste is to be picked up, bagged, and put in the garbage OR disposed of in the woods. Pet waste shall NOT be left in the lawn!!! You will be charged extra if pet waste is left on the lawn ~Pets shall NOT be left unsupervised. If you need to leave the pet alone, it MUST be placed in a kennel, but shall not be left in a kennel barking ~A barking pet will NOT be tolerated!! If neighbors complain about the constant barking of your dog, your reservation will be immediately terminated. You are financially responsible for any damage incurred by your pet
