We have renovated our 1,200 sq. ft. airbnb. Beautiful new floors, paint, new bed, bedding, and ceiling fans. Very spacious, well organize retreat. Kick off your shoes and relax watching your favorite show. Sit at the table or use the lap tray to work on your laptop. Sit outside in lawn chairs or the hammock and watch the sunset. Ready for for bed? Cuddle down in the new Zinus memory foam bed and velvet blanket. Bedroom has a very comfy queen bed with nightstands and lamp and private door. In the main room, there's a full-size futon, and if needed, a full size blow up mattress. I also have a 2-person tent setup for kids if they like to feel like their camping in the room. I have a pack n play for a baby to sleep in as well. The space is our basement, and it's 1200 sq. ft. and totally private. The entrance is through the garage where you can park your car or motorcycle. You're welcome to leave it out on the grass in front of the garage as well. We have provided a mini fridge, microwave, Toaster oven/airfyer, and coffee pot. Dishes and utensils provided as well. If there's anything we can do to make your stay comfortable, please let us know. You'll enter your room through a door in the garage behind the house. That's also where you will park either on the grass or in the garage. There will be a key pad, and the code will be given upon arrival. We are looking forward to helping you with your stay here at our home. We'll do our best to make your stay fun and memorable. We live in a very quiet neighborhood. Beautiful country side with cows across the field. And an occasional train whistle. There's a restaurant just around the corner with great food. There's a dollar general 1 mile on hwy 411 toward Vonore and Walmart 11 miles off 411 toward Maryville. Site to enjoy: Smokey Mountains about 53 mile The Dragon Motorcycle Trail 30 mins. Pigeon Forge 32 miles. Dolly Wood Theme park 47 miles. Titanic Museum 48miles The Lost Sea Adventure 22miles Caverns are located in many places, some as close as 25 minutes Water activities are only 8 miles from here. Hiking with waterfalls is also located within 35 minutes. Hiking just 15 mins. Wineries are as near as 15 minutes. Parking is on right side facing the house down on the grass behind the house, in front of the basement garage. Cars and motorcycles can park in the garage. Shopping is close, dollar general one Mike on hwy. 411. Walmart is about 10 minutes on hwy. 411 going toward Maryville. There are restaurants within 8 miles from the house on hwy. 411 toward Vonore.
