The lower level of our house offers you a unique and unforgettable experience. It’s the perfect getaway for a family or small group of four people. The location lays claim to some of the best views in Bright. Situated at the top of a quiet court with bushland nearby, kangaroos bouncing through the yard and the scenery is stunning. At the bottom of the hill, jump on the rail trail and it’s only about 1km to the main street, shops and café’s. Please Note: The owners live upstairs. The space Kick Back is a recent build and is a beautiful modern space consisting of 2 bedrooms, both with Queen sized beds and luxurious bedding and linen provided. A portacot and portable highchair is available on request. The comfortable living and dining area is perfect for relaxing or sharing a meal. The kitchenette contains: - fridge/freezer - microwave - kettle - toaster - espresso coffee machine - air fryer - portable induction cooktop. - Plates/bowls, cups/glasses, cutlery - basic cooking amenities provided. The bathroom has a large shower & toilet, with all towels provided. Air Conditioning/Heating: There are 3 split systems, 1 in each bedroom and one in the living/dining area to keep the rooms nice and warm in winter and cool in summer. Outside Area: SKATERAMP That’s right you have access to a professionally built mini ramp by Jake @ Tama Ramps. The ramp is 3ft high and is 4.8m wide. The transitions are mellow and loads of fun. The whole ramp is completely under cover so you can skate even if it's raining! Anyone using the ramp will need to sign a waiver and understand that Bright Boutique Accommodation and the owners of Kick Back Bright take no responsibility for any activity on the skate ramp. Protective gear and a helmet is highly recommended. Outdoor Deck and Fire Pit Area: This beautiful new area was just completed this autumn and flows on from behind the skate ramp. A huge Merbau deck space is half undercover and equipped with outdoor dining table and chairs, couch, Weber BBQ and outdoor fridge. The bricked in fire pit area is the perfect spot to unwind at the end of the day and soak up the magical views. Toast some marshmallows with the kids or toast each other with a local red wine or craft beer in hand. This is “Mountain living Barry” ! There is also a big trampoline, monkey bar equipment and cubby house for the kids to play on, as well as an adjustable Basketball hoop. Guest access Please Note: The owners live upstairs.
