Welcome to a lovely Beach Retreat! Beach walkers, Racetrack/Del Mar fairgrounds enthusiasts, Jacuzzi and Pool swimmers will love this special place! Solana Beach is within walking distance to many local restaurants, Del Mar Race Track, the Del Mar Fairgrounds, shops, and the train station. The condo complex is at the end of a cul-de-sac, has wonderful views of the sunset from the pool and the Jacuzzi, Ocean views over the rooftops, peaceful ocean sounds from the Condo balcony. The space This is a cozy romantic one bedroom one bath beautifully remodeled condo with roof top ocean views. The kitchen is equipped with top-of-the-line Dacor appliances (including an induction oven), is well stocked, and the bathroom has a heated bidet. There is a pull out twin bed ottoman. There is an Alexa Sonos arc surround sound system installed in condo. There is reverse osmosis installed for pure drinking water. The condo is on the top floor and requires stairs to get to it. There is a portable air conditioner, but rarely needed because the ocean breezes are lovely. Guest access Guests may use the pool, the Jacuzzi, and the beach access, Other things to note There is assigned parking in the garage below, but it can only accommodate one car. There’s usually places available for street parking for extra cars.
