The GUESTROOM offers a comfortable queen‑size bed and a convenient coffee bar with a Keurig featuring regular and decaf selections, plus black tea. A microwave, mini‑fridge, and filtered BRITA water add extra convenience, along with china, utensils, and wine and coffee cups. A small dining table and love seat create a cozy spot for meals or relaxing. The bed includes an integrated reading‑light button for nighttime comfort, and a small HEPA air purifier helps keep the space fresh. A mini‑split system provides both efficient AC and heat for year‑round comfort. Roku and fast WiFi make it easy to unwind or stay connected. The spacious bathroom features a walk‑in shower, full amenities, and plenty of room to get ready for a beach day, a downtown dinner, or a morning exploring Sarasota’s museums and coastal attractions. Beach Chairs, Umbrella, and Guest Beach Towels provided. Guest access Guests have free street parking at the base of our main house driveway. Simply walk up the drive, and a motion‑activated light will guide your way to the private entrance on our secure patio. Other things to note PET POLICY: All pets must be disclosed at the time of booking. We reserve the right to decline your reservation on the day of arrival if your pet has not been pre‑approved, and refunds will not be issued in that situation. Crated pets are preferred but not required with prior approval. Potty‑trained dogs are welcome with conditions. Barkers, furniture‑jumpers, and chewers are not permitted. Pets are not allowed on the furniture or bed at any time. Dogs that meet the above behaviors should not be left unattended. Thank you for your understanding.
