You’ll enjoy this modern and unique 2-bedroom basement suite with private entrance, on-site parking, and a cozy patio. You’re just a block from the beach at our Oceanside Suite—perfect for your weekend escape or a longer comfortable stay. You’ll be steps from Marine Drive’s restaurants and shops. You’re near the U.S. border, highway access, a bus stop, and just 40 minutes to Vancouver airport. Enjoy the best of White Rock. The space You’ll stay in a spacious 2-bedroom basement suite (approx. 700 sqft) that includes a living and dining area, fully equipped kitchen, two bedrooms, and a bathroom. You’ll sleep soundly in either bedroom, each with a standard queen bed. You’ll love the silky-soft duvet covers—sateen-woven from lyocell and sustainably grown cotton. You’ll also have large closets for plenty of storage. You can relax in the living area with a comfy couch, side table, lamp, and a 60” LCD TV connected to Netflix. You’ll have full access to high-speed Wi-Fi. You’ll cook with ease in the full kitchen, which includes a stove, oven, dishwasher, microwave, fridge, toaster, electric kettle, and a 19 Bar Espresso machine. You’ll find dishes, glasses, and utensils—plus handy tools like a wine and can opener. You’ll enjoy a spacious bathroom with ample counter space and under-sink storage. You’ll find luxury hair and body products in a wall-mounted dispenser. You’ll also have your own washer and dryer in the suite—making your stay even more convenient and comfortable. Guest access You’ll have access to one parking spot located at the back of the house, with convenient back lane access. You’ll enter the suite through your own private entrance at the back. For your full privacy, the door connecting the suite to the main house is locked. You’ll need to use about 8 stairs to reach the suite entrance. Other things to note You’ll need to go down about 8 stairs to reach the basement suite. Please note that the space is not wheelchair accessible. You’ll have access to a smart TV where you can log in to Netflix, YouTube, and other streaming apps—there is no basic cable. You may hear the sound of kids’ footsteps or some daytime noise, as we live upstairs. You might also hear our small Yorkshire Terrier from time to time. Due to allergies, service dogs and other animals are not permitted in the suite. If you still need to make a reservation under special circumstances, you can text me. During the warmer months (June to the end of September), you’ll have access to beach towels and two beach chairs. A 48-quart hard cooler is available by request.
