With 4 bedrooms and 7 beds our spacious beach house sleeps 12. We are Pet-friendly for 1 dog. Experience beauty & tranquility, create lasting memories on the Outer Banks! The space Welcome to our spacious and well-equipped four-bedroom beach house, where relaxation and convenience await you! Each bedroom is designed for comfort and features Roku/Smart TVs for your entertainment. Rest easy on our soft cotton/polyester sheets for a restful night's sleep. Two bedrooms offer direct deck access, perfect for yoga, lounging, or simply enjoying the serene surroundings. One bedroom boasts two bunk beds and its own deck, while another bedroom provides exclusive access to the inviting hot tub area. In total we have 5 decks. Our bathrooms are thoughtfully stocked with shower gel, towels, and hand soap. One bathroom features a shower with ambient lighting and a bench, while the second master bedroom's bathroom includes a shower, bathtub, hairdryer, and additional amenities. The fully equipped kitchen is a chef's delight, equipped with a variety of appliances including a Kalorik Maxx Air Fryer Oven, electric oven with stove tops, Shark coffee machine, food chopper, Magic Bullet, Vitamix blender, rice cooker, electric tea kettle, Frontgate wine opener, and a chef slow cooker. Enjoy your meals while watching your favorite shows on our two Smart TVs and two Roku TVs. Relax in the living room with a ceiling fan for added comfort or indulge in some gaming fun with the Ms. Pac Man arcade game. Our home is equipped with a Winix PlasmaWave air purifier and mosquito lamps to ensure your comfort indoors. Upstairs we have an attic with a working area or a place to play board games or chess. Outside, grill up some delicious meals on the propane gas grill and enjoy the outdoor living space with BBQ tools and utensils provided. We care about your safety, which is why we offer a first aid kit and fire extinguisher for your peace of mind. Keeping the space tidy is easy with our cleaning supplies, Shark vacuum, electric mop, sofa cleaner, and carpet cleaner. You'll have everything you need to enjoy the beach with our provided gear, including ghost crab hunting nets, bicycles, helmets, boogie-board, and beach chairs. We provide an outdoor shower on the ground floor for when you come back from a fun day at the beach. Please note that dogs are not allowed in the screen or hot tub area. For your comfort, we recommend setting the hot tub to at least 100 degrees at least four hours before use and to 80-85 degrees before departure.
