This beautiful duplex offers you a breathtaking view of the large beach, in the heart of downtown Quiberon, facing south, on the 3rd and top floor with elevator access. It consists of a living room overlooking the sea view terrace, an equipped/fitted kitchen (oven, dishwasher, washing machine...), a bedroom with a 140 cm bed and a bathroom with toilet. From June 29 to August 31, rentals are only from Saturday to Saturday. Other things to note We provide duvets, pillows; each tenant must bring their linens (duvet covers, towels, bath towels) or has the option to rent them. Departure cleaning is not included; each tenant has the choice to book it (ask at the office reception) or to do it themselves. Key pickup is at the office except in case of late arrival (call the office if this is the case). In high season, key handover is between 4:00 p.m. and 6:00 p.m., depending on the progress of the cleaning teams following the departure of the previous tenants. Under no circumstances will the tenant be able to take advantage of a goodwill gesture for a key handover at 6:00 p.m. In low seasons, arrival times can be much more flexible, do not hesitate to call the office. If the accommodation is ready much earlier, we contact the tenants directly so that they can settle in under the best conditions. The photos concerning the furniture are not contractual, the owner reserving the possibility, according to the need, to change or modify their furniture.
