The space Our 38 square meter exclusive studio is available for 1-2 people and is located on the top floor of the guesthouse. It is tastefully and high-quality furnished. The accommodation includes a satellite TV, a stereo system, free Wi-Fi, and a selection of reading material (art books, travel guides, and fiction) and music. The combined living/bedroom features a large box-spring bed and a comfortable sofa. The studio also offers an open-plan, fully equipped kitchenette with a dishwasher, oven, and extractor hood, as well as a modern shower room. Out of consideration for non-smokers and allergy sufferers, smoking is not permitted in the apartment, nor are pets allowed. Hypoallergenic bedding is available. For shared use, there is a utility room in the guesthouse's basement with a washing machine and dryer, as well as a lockable bicycle storage room in one of the outbuildings.
