The property has recently installed solar power/inverter to provide continuous power during loadshedding. The cherry on top is the uninterrupted views of the Breede River mouth and the beautiful estuary. Making this an ideal spot for a memorable holiday with family and friends. The space Middle Floor: Spacious open plan living area: Well equipped kitchen, dining room, lounge with an indoor fireplace and balcony. Off the kitchen is a courtyard for outdoor dining and a braai area. Top floor: 3 bedrooms, all with on-suite. All bedrooms are river facing with 2 bedrooms sharing a balcony. Laundry room. Bottom Floor: Games room with pool table/table tennis table, darts board and two sleeper couches. Sliding doors lead out to the front garden and firepit with sensational river views. Guest access The whole house is yours except for the 2 garages. These are locked and out of bounds. But you can park your vehicle in the driveway.
