This elegant modern chalet for 12 people is just a 15-minute walk from the alpine village of Grand Bornand. The nearest ski lifts are less than 2 km away and the ski bus stops 150 m from your door, giving you access to more than 200 km of slopes in the Aravis resorts. In summer, the ski slopes give way to large flowered spaces where nature awakens. An extensive network of hiking trails and bike paths is available to you. The space You will access the chalet from the top floor through the ski room, where you will find plenty of storage for your ski equipment including a heated shoe rack and benches. There is also a garage for two cars on this floor, as well as a laundry room. There is also the first of the chalet's bedrooms, a double bedroom with a shower room and adjoining toilet and balcony. The beautiful bright living space welcomes you on the lower floor. A very comfortable sofa is set up in front of the large bay windows so as to offer you the most beautiful panorama of the mountains, not far from the TV corner. A wood-burning stove separates the living room from the dining area, an imposing dining table will bring the whole family together and allow you to share pleasant conversations about the past day. In summer, why not enjoy a barbecue (plancha) on the terrace, which extends across the entire width of the chalet. The large kitchen has everything you need to cook good meals, don't miss out on the central island and breakfast bar to cook all together. You will find a separate toilet on the same floor as well as another double bedroom, with en-suite shower room and access to the terrace - the perfect place to enjoy your morning coffee. You will discover three other rooms on the lower level. The first is equipped with a double bed that can be converted into two single beds and bunk beds above - a family suite par excellence with access to the terrace. For your comfort, it has an en-suite shower room with double sink. The other two are double bedrooms, both overlooking the terrace and sharing a shower room with separate toilets. There is also a small game room on this floor equipped with a foosball table. The terrace below houses the Nordic spa and sauna, which have fabulous views of the rooftops of the village, with its pretty church, and the surrounding mountains. Children can enjoy the swings located on the side of the chalet, above the sauna. There are also many shops, bars and restaurants, as well as a local market on Wednesday mornings that offers you the opportunity to discover the specialties of the region (cheeses, meats and preserves).
