This charming apartment consists of one bedroom with a double bed, one bathroom and a living room combined with a kitchen and dining room. The living room has an open floor plan and allows two more people to sleep on a very comfortable couch. Two balconies are an integral part of the apartment. One balcony is closed with sliding glass walls and equipped with a seating area with a view of the ACI marina. The second balcony is open with a view of the ACI marina settlement, the bridge and the surrounding hills. Other things to note The apartment is equipped with air conditioning in the living room, a ceiling fan in the bedroom, free Wi-Fi and a TV. There is also a kitchen with all the necessary utensils, and there is a washing machine in the bathroom. For those who come with a car, there is a free public parking lot in front of the house.
