This cozy, secluded casita has total privacy on the front of the property of our fully gated home. On one of the most beautiful walking streets in Cardiff, french doors open to a large peaceful outdoor seating deck underneath an avocado tree, overlooking a private garden. We are located less than a mile from the I-5 freeway, just a mile and a half from the beach and downtown Cardiff. Unfortunately, due to Encinitas short term rental requirements, minimum booking must be 31 days. Other things to note We do have two large dogs who live on our property (a Great Dane and a Great Pyrenees), but they are very friendly and they will not approach the guest house or private yard as those are surrounded by an invisible fence. *Please be advised, gardener comes to the property Friday mornings sometime after 8am and will briefly tend to the yard of the casita.
