The space The property is brand new. It is nestled within the pine trees with inspiring views of the 100 feet + tall pine trees. Guest access The upstairs is completely available and secured to the guest. The below garage area is shared and accessed by the property owner on rare occasions for parking. Other things to note The property is on a gated private road. In the winter, transportation can be provided up and down the road by means of a tracked UTV. Access is coordinated in and out of the private gate at the time of reservation. In the winter months, parking requires a four-wheel drive or AWD car. Also, there is only parking for one car. Please plan to carpool if more than one automobile is required.
