Nice retro row house in Gothenburg

Charming row house from the 60's with two outdoor terraces and a trampoline in the garden. The house is located high up with lovely light and nice views. There is a lot of retro decore, mixed with newer design and practical solutions that make it comfortable. Enjoy what Gothenburg has to offer while living just a stone's throw from the forest, mountains, lake and park. Popular activities in the area are climbing, cross country skiing (even indoors!), trail running and football. The space From the hall (with hanger, shoe rack and bench), there is a staircase down and two staircases up. The staricase up leads to a generous living room with dining area, kitchen and a children's room with an adult's bed. The kitchen is spaceous, renovated in retro style but with modern equipment. Another staircase up leads to a living room with TV, desk and sofa bed that can be a double bed or two single beds (there are also two extra mattresses). On the lower floor, there is a children's room with an adult bed (90 x 200 cm) and a master bedroom with a double bed (160 x 200 cm). There is also a bathroom with shower and a guest toilet. In addition, there is a laundry room with washing machine and tumble dryer and from the lower hall you can reach the garden with trampoline, furniture and grill. The sun shines there from morning until early evening. On the front side, there is another patio with a little more evening sun. Guest access Guests have access to all rooms, but not wardrobes and closets. Other things to note In the house, there is generally a fluffy, allergy friendly Siberian cat, so there might be traces of fur even if we cleaned the place before your arrival.
