The space On it's own private road, this newly built "green" vacation home features passive solar design and state of the art mini-split heat pump. In the evening the beautiful eco-friendly, direct vent propane fireplace provides cozy warmth and (beware) strong romantic ambiance. The house has 2 comfortable bedrooms, an open floor plan, dining and living room area with everything you need for a comfortable stay, including a fully equipped kitchen with brand new appliances, smart TV on a rolling stand, and a large deck and barbecue. Bring your swimsuits in the warmer months to dip in the private brook, pools and waterfalls a short trail down from the house. Enjoy deer and other wildlife that visit the meadow in front of the deck. Biking, hiking, canoeing, kayaking, skiing, and exploring quaint towns close by adds to the magic of southern Vermont!
