Free parking in our driveway which is on a very quiet street. Suite is drenched in sunlight and has been recently renovated- living space, bedroom, bar area and bathroom. You have a patio door that leads to your private deck overlooking a pond, gardens and the lake. The side of the patio has just been professional landscaped so you can enjoy your morning coffee or afternoon wine in peace and tranquility. You have your own PRIVATE 2 piece bathroom in the suite. For showering you have your own private 4 piece bathroom up a flight of stairs- not located in the suite. Room contains a queen bed and a new side table for your items. As well, there is a table for luggage and a safe with your own personal code. You have a 30 second walk to the waterfront. Chairs provided so you can view the lake and watch the sunset. Gardens were professional done from the host of the TV show From the Ground Up. We have added to her structure with our design work. Guest access Self check-in or we will greet you on arrival. With almost 100+ guests thus far- we have always greeted them on arrival. Self check in is our “ just in case we are not there to greet you.” Guests use their own entrance on the ground level to enter the home. There are seven steps to enter the wing of the home which has the bedroom. There are no steps to get into the home, the entryway is level and the main floor is open concept. During your stay You will have your own private living area-pool table, recreation space, private 2 piece bathroom, and dining area. Enjoy your private deck overlooking a pond and lake for early morning coffee or drinks after touring. We travel extensively and enjoy meeting people from all cultures and backgrounds. We are addicted to Airbnb and book them extensively when we travel. We are avid gardeners so we spend a lot of time outside. As well, you can swim from the property. This is a great place to launch your canoe or kayak, we have islands to explore and a canal system that leads you to the ocean. Must have your own gear. Other things to note Suite is Drenched In Light, just like Z.N. Hurston. Relax in a quiet area surrounded by nature, water, ponds and gardens. Property has 150 feet of usable waterfrontage for swimming. Wake up to birds singing and enjoy your early morning coffee on your own private deck. Property is visited by deer, raccoons, ducks, porcupines and our occasional minks. Use waterfrontage area at your own risk. Owners are not responsible for injuries etc that may occur.
