The apartment also includes a private bathroom with hot shower, excellent water pressure, and closet storage. Fast Starlink WiFi makes it ideal for remote work or staying connected while enjoying the tranquility of nature. Located just 10 minutes from the beaches, town, cafés, and world-class kiteboarding launches, yet tucked away in the peaceful cardón cactus forest, this is a place to slow down, breathe, and experience the rhythm of Baja. The studio is private within the Casa Bayview complex, ideal for 2 or 3 guests. Guest access Private to you is the studio and patio. Additionally we have amenities such as a BBQ grill and an additional outdoor shower to wash of your gear. There is a large lot and you are welcome to explore. The Casitas are off limits as those are rented. It does not have AC **Energy Conservation** - Please turn off indoor and outdoor lights, ceiling fans, and appliances whenever not in use and always when leaving the property. - Unplug chargers and electronics once fully charged or not in use to prevent unnecessary power drain.
