On the ground floor, we are greeted by a wide stone corridor illuminated along its entire length by large sliding glass windows. From this, the doors open to shared spaces, such as a game room/office; a well-equipped kitchen and dining room; a small reading room with a salamander; a gym, dry sauna and heated pool. On the upper floor are the 3 apartments, 2 T2 and 1 T1, all equipped with kitchenette and private bathroom.
