Our villa also has a dinning area, a laundry room, a fully equipped kitchen and a large balcony. Walking distance access as near as less than 1 minute approximately of the villa. We also offer wireless internet and a Smart TV with Youtube/Netflix and other apps at your disposal. One parking space available and A/C in each bedroom. Access to the Hotel amenities which includes 5 restaurants and bars. Other amenities such as Spa, Gym, Beach, Casino, Kids Spa, Tennis, and Water Sports. Some amenities may be restricted for hotel guests only but available to outside guests for credit card charges, no cash accepted. Guest access Guests are able to complete a self check-in with out the need of the host greeting them. Two private entrances must be passed, one being the main hotel entrance and the other being the Cluster 2 entrance where guests must register with the security guard. Less than 1 minute walk approximately to the pool and approximately 10 minute walk to the beach, in car it can be about 2 minute drive. Other things to note Check-in time is at 3:00 pm Check-out time is at 11:00 am NO SMOKING: Smoking is strictly prohibited. A smoking fee of $500 will be charged if violated. NO PETS: No pets are allowed at any time. A $300 fine will be charged if violated and you will be expelled from the property. Please keep noise levels down during your stay out of respect to the neighbors. We provide one bath towel per guest and one pool towel per guests, as well as shower gel, shampoo and conditioner. Any missing item from our home will be claimed through Airbnb from our guests. We provide a fully equipped home and we aspect guests to respect put home and take care of it as well as all the items we provide. Please be cautious that we receive many guests and we need to give every guest the best services. Puerto Rico is known to have an unpredictable power stability for which it can be possible for the power to go off. If power is out for more than 8 hours we will accept to cancel and fully refund the reservation if the guests desire. Keep in consideration that the water pipes in Puerto Rico function with power for which it is very possible that if the power goes out, the water will do so as well We are a considered company and our guests our very important to us.
