The very desirable Gulf Breeze location is close to everything yet quiet, safe and cozy. Only 7 miles from the sugar white sand and emerald green waters of Pensacola Beach. The space Our newly built apartment is accessible by its own private entrance. Everything is new and sparkling clean. Very tasteful yet simple decor will help you feel relaxed. This is a very desirable Gulf Breeze location, close to everything, yet quiet, safe and cozy. Only 7 miles from the sugar white sand and emerald green waters of Pensacola Beach. Return from a fun day in the sun to a refreshing dip in the pool, perfect for swimming or just floating and catching some rays. You will have a large private deck where you can enjoy the sunrise each morning sipping coffee or simply relax in the evening while grilling by the pool. There will be a designated parking spot which is directly in front of the entrance/walkway to the unit. The apartment is situated on the backside of my house, overlooking the pool which is fenced for privacy. A keyless pad provides entry into the studio apartment. You will love the plush queen-sized bed and comfy sofa for watching TV or just curling up with a good book. The kitchenette is equipped with a moderate-sized fridge, microwave, and an air fryer/toaster oven. (Other cooking appliances can be provided upon request.) There is a deep sink and a fabulous bar where you can enjoy your eats and drinks. The bathroom has a large walk-in shower and is perfectly appointed. Our famous beaches are close. But feel free to just chill by the pool right outside your door. The National Seashore is relaxing and just minutes away.
