"Casa Anna" is a cozy and pleasant place to spend your vacation in a relaxing way. Quiet apartment, located in a strategic position, allows you to reach the center of Como and Switzerland easily by public transport. Nearby there are restaurants, shops, a pharmacy, a post office and a coin-operated laundry (in the apartment there is still a washing machine together with the necessary items for ironing). There is a supermarket near the house. The space Located on the ground floor of a building (the actual access to the house has some steps), the apartment consists of a living room with kitchenette and sofa bed, a bedroom with a double bed and a bathroom. In addition, the property is equipped with an automatic gate with private parking space whose access is direct from the main road. The entire apartment is bright and the access balcony allows you to hang out the laundry and smoke outside; it is also a pleasant space to enjoy the cool of the evening. Guests have access to an outdoor table with 4 chairs that can be placed in the courtyard near the car. You will find the kitchen equipped with all the essential appliances, the Nespresso coffee machine and the microwave. Bed sheets and towels are provided by the property. For families with young children, we can provide a full crib upon request. Guest access The apartment is not accessible for people with particular motor disabilities as, in order to access the house, you need to climb some steps.
