The lake and grounds: Fernside has a private, unfenced lake. Swimming is not permitted, and children, pets, and non-swimmers must be supervised at all times when outdoors. The grounds are extensive and include uneven and natural areas, so please take care when exploring, especially after dark. Security: Exterior security cameras cover [the entrance and parking areas]. There are no cameras inside the apartment. Please make sure windows are closed and the door is locked whenever you go out.
