Cozy, new and perfectly equipped accommodation, ideal for a single person, a worker or a couple. It is located 180 m from the metro and one stop from Paris (400 m walk). The apartment is located on a noisy two-way street but is equipped with very efficient double glazing. The neighborhood is popular. It doesn't mean it's dangerous, we never have any problems. On the other hand, the street is not very clean and you have to be vigilant when leaving the metro (pickpockets) The space I offer 1 bedroom in this accommodation with a corner sofa that turns into a comfortable bed (with a double mattress). The bedroom includes a desk with fiber optics. The entrance door is armored and has 2 closures (lock + latch) There is a large equipped kitchen with a dining room and a living room (35 m2 in total).
