This is a nice safety net in case of inclement weather. Make yourself comfortable with a sauna and a workout in the home gym. Full kitchen, formal DR, sunroom, game room, LR, and ample space to relax or work remotely if one must. Large bedrooms, lots of seating area's, cozy spots to hunker down with a good book and music. We have WiFi, Dish TV, with Spectrum internet. If you're a racing fan we've set up the backyard to mimic the picnic area at Saratoga race course complete with outside TV's and of course picnic tables. If it rains step into our makeshift two bay garage OTB lounge. We are located right down the road from gorgeous Saratoga State Park and golf course and a short ride into downtown Saratoga Springs. The WOODS HOLLOW NATURE PRESERVE is another local gem. There is plenty of hiking to be found. Other things to note. If you want to host a party, wedding reception, family reunion, or any gathering of more than 8 people, just let us know so we can make arrangements. We also can cater large gathering. Everyone that has stayed here throughout the years leaves telling us that they will be back, and our posted pictures don’t do this place justice. One of the best locations in the Saratoga/Ballston Spa area to stay whether on vacation or heading to the track or a concert at SPAC. Rent a sprawling retreat in a tranquil location; secluded, yet near all, this as private as it gets! Ideal for writers, artists, performers, birthday celebrations, weddings, graduations, concert goers, explores, vacationers, family gatherings , or someone that wants to get away from the noise and the hassling hustling aggravation of city living. This must see property is on 6 acres of magnificently landscaped grounds with a sprawling garden, outside patio, sun room, and fire pit, *NEW* in ground 16 x 24 swimming pool. These are just a few amenities this house and property has to offer. There is a wetlands creek running on the border of the property fed from locally famous Kaydeross creek just up the road. Coming from Geyser road is the easiest and safest in and out access to Saratoga State park (west end) for concert goers. The property is just 25 min from the Rivers Casino in Schenectady for those who prefer table games. You may get to this property and prefer to sit poolside. There are shortcuts from my property heading north, (Lake George) south, (Albany) west, (The great Sacandaga Lake) east, (Saratoga Springs.)
