Cozy room in quiet area

Quiet cozy room in our apartment of 71 m2 which includes a kitchen, a bathroom, a living room, and two rooms of 12 m2. I live in one of the rooms and the other can be rented out. The apartment is fully furnished and the room is equipped with a queen bed, a flat 4K screen, wifi 1000 Mb connection, and furniture. There is a bus stop 100 meters away from the apartment. It takes 15 minutes to the central station and the city center.
