During your stay As your hosts, I can arrange for a safe and convenient trips/car rentals within the city and provinces to visit tourist spots, beaches, mountain hideaways and others with a choice of either SUV or a standard sedan and all owner-driven subject to my availability. Other things to note Monthly rent does not include electricity and water. This will be billed separately according to consumption. The room has individual power and water meters. For monthly stay, a minimum security & utilities deposit of 15,000 pesos (approximately US$ 320, rate as of November 2015) is required and this can be given to host upon check in. In case power and water consumption exceeds 15,000 pesos, this will be billed accordingly. In case of under consumption, balance will be returned to guest. Damages and/or losses to appliances, fixtures, furnishings, accessories and condo property will be billed separately and payable before check out.
