The space Ta' Sonia Farmhouse features a spacious open-plan kitchen, fully equipped with essential appliances, including an oven, toaster, refrigerator, and electric kettle, making it a breeze to prepare meals. The living area is designed for comfort, boasting a cozy sofa, a TV for entertainment, and a charming fireplace that adds a delightful ambiance. Accommodating up to eight guests, the farmhouse offers three large bedrooms, each with en-suite facilities and ceiling fans for added comfort. The main bedroom also enjoys a private terrace overlooking the inviting swimming pool, providing a serene spot to unwind. For climate control, air-conditioning units are available in all bedrooms and the kitchen, operating via an electronic coin-meter system that accepts €1 and €2 coins. Each unit typically consumes around €2 per night. Additionally, guests can stay connected with FREE Wi-Fi accessible throughout the property. One of the standout features of Ta' Sonia is its generously sized private swimming pool, complete with a shower. Guest access Guests can access all common parts of the house. Other things to note We offer services that are included in the booking price; 1 baby cot, changing of linens weekly and extra folding beds upon request. There is ample parking space near the farmhouse. Maid service and private transport (to and from Mgarr ferry) are available upon request at an extra charge. Restaurants, supermarkets and other main sites are close to the property. It is highly recommend to rent a scooter or a car, as bus transport is available further up the road. KINDLY NOTE: NEW ECO TAX ! Persons traveling to Malta need to be aware of the newly imposed Malta government legislation regarding Eco -Tax contribution. As from the 20th June an Eco-Tax of Euro 0.50c per person per night will apply. This fee is capped at 10 nights. So each guest will pay a maximum of Euro 5 per stay. This tax has to be collected by all accommodation providers.
