The space Howley Up the Hill is a gorgeous and spacious updated 3 bedroom main-floor unit in a century home. You can even enjoy a sliver of ocean view through The Narrows from our welcoming kitchen (we’ve seen distant icebergs)! Our largest bedroom features a king bed and half bath. Bedroom two hosts a queen mattress and fireplace. Bedroom three can accommodate kids or singles in twin beds, or push them together and lay out a topper for a king-sized upgrade! All beds feature luxuriously comfy memory foam mattresses. Our open living and dining room feature matched fireplaces and 10 foot ceilings, and welcome guests to lounge and visit in comfort. Out back you’ll find a beautiful patio deck facing The Narrows, and a fenced yard. You’ll love this gem in the heart of picturesque Georgestown neighbourhood! *Note that we do also have two 2nd floor apartments in the house, accessed via separate side entrance. Guest access You’ll have full private access to our spacious 2100 sqft main floor Howley Up the Hill residence, with beautiful back patio and fenced yard. Three spacious bedrooms, large and well equipped kitchen, and beautiful spacious living and dining area. Other things to note Do note, above Howley Up the Hill we also have two 2nd-floor apartments with separate side entrance. These also host airbnb guests, or occasionally longer-term tenants. Some muffled noise between units isn’t unheard of, but everyone is generally considerate and respectful. Community is part of St. John’s charm! St. John’s is a neat old city, and we hope you’ll love using our home as your base of operations for your time here. As with any home, ours does have its own character.
