Please be aware of the following architectural features: 1. Unfenced Pool: Direct access from the living area; strict supervision is required. 2. Industrial Staircase: Open design with no risers. 3. Bedroom Windows: The upstairs bedroom has large glass panels that swivel open for airflow. While the bottom section is fixed (approx. 1.2m high), the upper panels pivot. CRITICAL: Never lean against the blackout blinds. If the window behind the blind is unlocked or open, leaning on the blind creates a fall risk to the living room below. Pamper Yourself.
