Main floor has 1/2 bathrokm, along with large kitchen with 6 person island and kitchen table that seats 4. Family room with seating for 5 and 60 in TV. Dining room. Basement is finished and has a large sectional couch 75 inch tv, sitting bar, full bathroom and fitness room with home commercial equipment- treadmill, spin bike, functional trainer, dumbbell set 5-65 lbs and free with bench. Garage has a golf simulator in the 3rd bay (right hand players only). Play virtually any course in the world including Bolingbrook, Rich Harvest Farms, Pebble Beach, Augusta National, Old Course St Andrews. Backyard backs to a nature preserve and large pond that is great for fishing (see pictures). Large pergola with plenty of seating. Large flat driveway has an adjustable commercial basketball hoop. A family set of 4 bikes and 2 electric scooters are yours to use! The entire house is yours! I will be available daily in person or by phone and will be able to help with any questions or issues. Family friendly neighborhood in Elburn, Illinois. Walking/ biking paths around various ponds. 2 parks near by for the kids. You will have access to our garage and driveway for free parking. If needed, I’d be willing to escort you to and from the tournament on Friday, Saturday, Sunday. Smoking is allowed but outside only please. Jewel/Osco ,Walgreens,McDonald’s, Subway, Starbucks, Dunkin Donuts, Alice’s Ice Cream, Obscurity Brewing, Schmidt’s Pub, Eddie’s Pub, gas stations ect are 2 miles away in downtown Elburn. Hughes Creek Golf Course is less then 1 mile away.
