Just before the parking entrance you will see a white aluminum door: that is the entrance. Upon entering: The toilets are on the right. On the left, a small children's area. If you climb some stairs next to the park, you'll reach the paddle tennis court. The pool has sun and shade areas throughout the day, and is usually quieter in the morning. Parking 🚗 space (#17) Access is between blocks 7 and 8, in the upper part of the residential complex. When you walk in, turn right and go down until a door blocks your path (sometimes it's open). Continue straight ahead until you reach a wall in front. Turn right immediately: the last space on the left is yours (#17). 📶 Wi-Fi Wi-Fi is available throughout the stay. We'll give you the password upon arrival. Other things to note It is a spacious and very comfortable apartment for four people or a family. The community pool is between blocks 7 and 8, a 2-minute walk away. It's surprisingly large for a residential development, with sun and shade areas throughout the day. You have a private parking space (no. 17) inside the premises. The inner courtyard is a real relief: perfect for leaving everything from the beach, hanging clothes or even as a play area for kids. A washing machine, Wi-Fi, air conditioning in the living room, and fans in the bedrooms are at your disposal. The building is in a quiet area, with a family atmosphere and very respectful neighbors.
