This cozy treehouse is for outdoor lovers. It sits feet from beautiful Sebasticook Lake; great for kayaking, canoeing, swimming, and fishing. We're also on the 4 Season Rail Trail; great for hiking, biking, or ATV riding. Close (1 +- mile) to stores and restaurants. We're also close enough to almost anywhere in the state of Maine for day trips. Travel to the ocean, Acadia National Park, Moosehead Lake Area, Baxter State Park and more. Let your Maine adventure begin. No one under 8 yrs of age. The space Ever wanted to stay in a treehouse? This space is not very big but it makes up for size with a breathtaking view of the lake. It's not fancy but it's comfortable. You can bring your ATV. There is plenty of space for parking of your vehicle and trailer. There's a firepit with wood provided, picnic table, and BBQ grill. We also have kayaks and a canoe. The bath with shower, flush and sink is directly beneath. We book only during the summer. Sorry. No children under 8 years of age because of safety concerns.
