Walk a couple of quiet blocks to Marine Street Beach, tide pools, Prospect St, Girard Ave, Pearl St and all that La Jolla has to offer. Perfectly set up for families, couples and remote work professionals with amenities and close proximity to the recreational center (playground/tennis) and coffee shops. Learn to surf, snorkel or just lay back and enjoy your perfect summer here! The space The Village of La Jolla, well known for its open pacific sunsets, shopping, brunch, cove, rowdy seals and night life is guaranteed to enchant you. Surrounded by beaches and bluffs on almost all sides it's no wonder why it's called "The Jewel" of San Diego. Arriving to the gated townhouse villas just off the main strip you'll initially enter a common garden area which leads you to our ground floor entrance. Once inside you are greeted to an open concept no frills - clean kitchen, living and patio area with 65" TV. The patio is a green space with outdoor sectional, firepit, propane grill and hose - perfect for hanging out after a long day out on the town or on the beach. The townhouse has two bedrooms upstairs, both with ensuite bathrooms, past a skylight featured stairway. The master bedroom has a king size bed with wall to wall windows overlooking the patio and large bamboo feature. The second (or kids') bedroom has one queen size bed and one lofted twin. Both bedrooms offer ample closet space. For families with children, toys including building blocks, arts & crafts kits and board games are available. For remote professionals an adjustable sitting/standing desk is provided with widescreen monitor (USB C, Display Port, HDMI compatible). Other things to note La Jolla Shores, Pacific Beach and Mission bay are a quick 10 minute drive from the house. In the rare event you do want to go even further (joking!) we're just a 20-30m minute drive to North County beaches, downtown San Diego, Balboa Park, Coronado, San Diego Zoo, Legoland and Seaworld. As a local La Jollan family we are more than happy to give any recommendations to your group! Parking: Off street dedicated parking for 1 car in the front of the building.
