Cozy home near Unesco Heritage Appian way

Welcome to "Aqueduct apartments"! I'm Max your host for your amazing stay in Rome! The apartment is in the middle of two important parks; the Park of the Aqueduct on one side and the Ancient Appian Way Park on the other side. This last one being a UNESCO world heritage site, the last one added in the Italian list. To reach the city center you can use the close by underground (7minutes walking) and you are in just 20 minutes in the middle of the eternal city. The space The apartment consists of a bedroom, one kitchen, a corridor, a bathroom, and a balcony. The kitchen is fully furnished and you will have the possibility to prepare yourself your breakfast on the spot. By my side you will have coffee and tea! A Moka, a kettle for boiling water, tea pots all you need for your favourite breakfast and, if you want to cook yourself a meal, there is everything you need. Besides the stove you can use also the electric oven availabile (no micro). The balcony is also accessible and is also a nice option during summer to enjoy the soft breeze coming from the parks nearby. Guest access The bathroom, kitchen, and balcony are available to the guests! During your stay We will exchange our numbers for any inconvenience or issue and I will be available to explain to you as you are here in the city the do's and don'ts to enjoy at its best your stay! Other things to note I offer various tours as well, bicycle, motorbike, walking, food and fiat 500 tours. If you are interested in one of them, let me know it. I will share with you more info. Besides that I prepared a list of restaurants and places I recommend in the city center but as well in the nearby areas where you can hang out in a bit more "local" atmosphere.
