Typical private Tuscan villa from the 1800s located in the Mugello countryside, 50min drive from Florence City Center. With 8 bedrooms, it enjoys wide views of the surrounding countryside. At guests' use a vast fenced park with ancient trees, 6x12mt chlorine swimming pool, brick barbecue, wood-burning pizza oven, exterior dining area equipped with furniture and a ping-pong table. Everything at guest's exclusive use. The space The property is arranged as follows: Ground floor: spacious entrance and hallway, fully equipped kitchen (with oven, dishwasher...), dining room with a big table and living room with sofas, fireplace and TV. 1 double room with direct access to the garden, another 1 double room + 1 single room. With access from the corridor 1 bathroom with shower and 1 service bathroom. 1st floor: spacious sitting space in the hallway, 5 double bedrooms, 1 bathroom with bath and shower, and 1 bathroom with shower. One of the bedroom at first floor has access to the solarium terrace with 180° view over the valley. For a total of 7 queen beds (14 people), 1 large single bed (1 person) + 2 single beds (extra 2 people) with respective surcharge. Embracing the whole villa a spacious park with many trees and numerous varieties of plants and flowers, the chlorine 6x12mt swimming pool. Open from the end of May and the begging of October. During Summer The very thick walls, typical of original Tuscan houses, make the interior cool and livable even in the absence of air conditioning. We recommend keeping windows closed during the hottest hours for an ideal temperature at night. Guest access The villa has its own private and independent gate. The road to get to the facility is entirely paved. The road flanking the villa is lightly trafficked. Other things to note In high season (JUNE, JULY and AUGUST) only stays with check in on Saturdays are accepted.
